The Event and Construction Safety Department specializes in event planning, from the safety aspect. The goal of the Company’s engineers is to ensure participants’ safety and foresee any failure or human error which may take place.
We guide and personally supervise the set up and dismantling processes, risk management at the event and work on receiving the required approvals from authorities (Israel Police, Fire Authority and Business Licensing Department).

- Conducting service accessibility surveys and structure, infrastructure and environment surveys for holding an event.
- On-site accessibility consultant’s audit
- Approval that the accessibility guidelines were met in the event.
- Risk survey
- The purpose of the survey is to identify risk factors that are near or adjacent to the event site. The purpose of this is to ensure that the audience and participants of the event are not exposed to these.
- Electricity inspector
- This service includes a working order and safety inspection of the electrical system in the event. (Inspector Class 2 and Inspector Class 3)
- Gas inspector service
- This service includes a working order and safety inspection of the gas system in the event.
- Food consultant service
- The food consultant service includes work with the Ministry of Health and guiding the event to guarantee public health.
- Holding any mass gathering requires the Ministry of Health’s approval. In any event where food is sold, a food safety consultant must submit an event file to the nearest Health Bureau branch.
- Many events require the close guidance of a food safety consultant.

- Safety commissioner’s presence in the set up and dismantling of events.
- Safety consultant’s presence during the event
- Safety consultant’s presence during events with more than 5,000 participants.
- Feasibility test for holding an event
- Tour of the event’s site and providing professional opinions for holding the event, including number of participants, potential safety risks and options for correcting defects.
- Permanent license for holding events
- Submitting an application for holding events with the authority and work with licensing factors on receiving a permanent license for holding events at fixed sites.
- Statistical calculations for temporary structures
- These calculations serve as the basis for engineering planning, engineering strength, ability to bear various loads and exceptions.
- Annual construction test
- Annual stability test of temporary structures placed permanently, or permanent structures, for the purpose of a business license.
